To capture and interpret the Europa brand offering, Switch delved into the psyche of this brand from the Famous Brands stable. We considered its heritage and future ambitions to reposition the restaurant and deli’s new retail space. We struck the balance between Europa’s Italian inspiration while ensuring that its South African heritage was not lost.
